Mike,

It would take more than 60 seconds to deply,
after 10 or 15 minutes to do the initial work.

And yes, the description is complicated -- but 
the concept, once grasped, is delightfully 
simple.

When I set it up, I use snatch blocks to make 
things easier and quicker.
