No...I like being grumpy. Maybe Ed & I could take turns....(said without malice, Ed)..
Besides, the beer fumes wafting down from the yacht club upstairs will keep me going for hours.

Yes, that appears to be true....but someone has to be first to stop....and
there's a lot to be said for the reasoned individual who sees the need to put
an end to the discussion.
It's hard....everyone wants to have the last word...(don't I know...;^)

In this case, the discussion never hit the "information" point, and

topic (c'mon, few, if any, of these discussions ever do that), I would
like to think that there might be at least one or two folks out there
