Good night Frone,
We'll solve it tomorrow. No half-thinking person doesn't want to help their
fellow man. The devil is in the details. Every government program was
started with the best of intentions. The problem is, after they have failed
they become just like the Energizer Bunny, they just keep going, and going,
and going.
