A little Internet work and a phone call reveal:

St Anne's is close to the city docks, 207 N Broad St, and has masses: Sat at
6 pm in the parish hall, Sun at 8:30 am in the parish hall, 10:00 am in the
church, and a Spanish mass at 12:30 pm.  They also have mass at at All Souls
mission somewhat near the docks, 917 Main St, in Columbia on Sat at 4 pm.
