I have a prediction. In one of the "right to carry" states, you will
eventually see a lawsuit where a property owner did not allow weapons,
and a person is shot who has a permit, but couldn't defend themselves.
I believe that you'll see an argument along these lines:
The US constitution guaranteed my client the right to bear arms.
The state of XX said that (s)he qualified to carry a concealed weapon,
or any use (s)he felt appropriate, including the use of said weapon for
protection.
The owner of the office building where (s)he worked posted a sign that
said (s)he couldn't carry that weapon. It then became incumbent on that
property owner, who denied my client the right to protect him(her)self,
to provide adequate protection, and that property owner failed to do so.
I pray for relief for my client.
Again, I think it's going to be fun to watch.
