Hank,

It's been fun to visit China every year for the last decade and
witness the change from year to year. They've figured out that life is
better for everyone when folks fend for themselves and have been
taking incremental steps in the opposite direction from us.  I watched
this last Presidential closely with a handful of former "farmers" (a
skillset they learned courtesy of the Cultural Revolution) and to a
person, they find leaders with a the cult of personality scary. Far
left idealism doesn't sound so great to those with actual experience.
