I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with the good, white, 
Republican, representative, from Alaska (keeping in mind that none of 
those adjectives and nouns are necessarily mutually exclusive or 
inclusive to the others).

He said:

"The last time we produced any new energy on this floor was in 1973 when 
we had an embargo..."

He apparently doesn't energy at all.

1) If they could harness the hot air produced on that floor, they could 
probably light up all of Alaska
2) Piles and piles of BS could be used as a form of energy. It's at 
least worth the same try they're giving some of the other kookier ideas.

Someone needs to send him a memo quick, before Gore tries to market the 
above as carbon offsets..
