What the hell did he do?  Anything? Something?  Just one thing?  He
attached his name or had his name attached to several bills.  Name the
bill he authored!  Just one bill!  Any single bill.  The man is a
myth.  Name a bill, a business, a movement, anything that this man was
primarily responsible for.
