Ben said, "That lack of credit card security is shockingly lax.  Perhaps it's
a sign of Obama being crooked, but if so, he's not one that covers his trail
very well.  ....  You have to assign some fault to visa and mastercard for
approving those transactions.

And Brad followed with, "Obama is living on the "float"."  Or could this be
high tech kiting outside the jurisdiction of the 'Fed'.  With check and wire
transfers, there are all kinds of kiting flags.  Could this be the new
kiting?

Ben said, "Point of full disclosure -- I worked most of my adult life
planning, designing, and implementing software for banks.  I've seen every
kind of shoddiness you can imagine (if that's a word).

Well, have you seen high tech kiting?  Who would be agency to check this
out?  Or is it so new that it is not against the law yet?
