Stan,

Given the effectiveness of the "bailouts" so far, I'd just as soon we
suffered in bed and gotten over the "cold" without the medicine. The
conversation in this household has been a bit harsh as of late.  "Let
the ignorant bastards have a dose of socialism" is a frequent refrain.
 I try and damp down the harsh language, especially coming from a 5'
4" 120 pound woman, but it isn't working. Thank goodness the Chinese
aren't generally known for violence.  There was that Cuban girl I met
in Miami a few years ago - fortunately that didn't work out.
