[Rhodes22-list] Motor size for the Rhodes 22

Makes Sense. The biggest thing I was looking for was the longer shaft as I
would frequently pull the prop out of the water. I tried putting a bunch of
extra weight in the aft storage area but with little benefit. I figure a
little discression with the throttle should be fine.
