I'd love to think that the current Republican "hands off the family"
attitude marks a turn in the way we evaluate political candidates -
a far cry from the handling of the Clintonian phalicy and the
Edwardian gaffe.

A less Victorian and more European view would be refreshing.
Let the family take care of family matters and the press deal with
national and international issues.

I can hope...
