[Rhodes22-list] Topping Lift & Rudder Adjustments

Agreed, Rummy,
On my boat the rudder will go forward from that position and it is a
benefit for ease of use.
I believe the key is the aft bolt on the lower pintle. If it goes
through, you can't move the rudder forward from the illustrated position.
