[Rhodes22-list] definition "religious kook" (as requested)

Pete,

Where/when have you found Governer Palin guilty of any of the above 
listed things? (BTW, by some of those definitions, I can tell you some 
folks on the left that are "religious kooks" - Al Gore comes to mind).

But please, enlighten us.
