Pam Geller has done more research on this than any other individual.
If you are a regular reader of the Jerusalem Post and Caroline Glick,
you may be familiar with Pam as they are friends. Here is a link to

Geller is not a kook.  She's a serious journalist but the MSM won't
touch her material.
