I live in Michigan's Upper Peninsula (near Marquette); I'm currently discussing with Stan the options on a Rhodes 22. However, I've never been on one. If there are any Rhodes 22 owners within a half-day to day's drive of me, I would very much appreciate the opportunity to see and step on board a Rhodes 22. There's no need to arrange a sail (although that would not be refused!!) since I'm very familiar with 21-25 foot sloop-rigged sailboats.
