[Rhodes22-list] Securing Fuel Tank/Battery

Michael,

Drilling into the hull causes a lot of water to collect in the bilge.

My fuel tank has the handle on top, so I tie it with a bungee cord to an eye
bolt that goes through the lazzarette bulkhead.
