Here are a couple of pictures. One is of the table in use in the cabin. The
other is of it stowed. I don't have a picture of it in use in the cockpit. 

 

You can usually find these sorts of tables where you find lawn chairs and
patio furniture. When we bought them, they were sold as TV trays. I think
Target has a slightly upscale wood version (grate rather than slat time) for
around $50. We just bought a small plastic one at Camping World to take on
the travel trailer for around $15. We bought ours from K-Mart probably 15 to
20 years ago when the wooden ones were less than $15. If someone was handy,
it wouldn't take much to copy a cheap plastic one in wood.
