[Rhodes22-list] now comes gb/concluded

You are correct, the copy back to yourself will have the attachments  
included in the e-mail package.  For the mailing list however, the  
attachments are stored on the server and only a link to them is  
blasted out with the e-mail (that's part of the "scrubbing" service).   
Saves a lot on delivery time and helps avoid full mail boxes.
