Andy,
We just recently had a discussion on outboard problems.  You can do a
search of the achieves to see what was discussed while waiting for
someone to get back to you.  I'm reposting Mike's instructions on
various ways to search. - rob

If I am looking for a post, I use nabble Advanced Search first:

If I can't find what I am looking for, I will use google to search using
the site modifier as follows:

    1. goto www.google.com
    2. enter in the search box, for example:

    3. look through results (http://tinyurl.com/5m58d5):

            UPS Sail Color Test Template (500+ KB) - this is just an
uncolored
            bitmap of the sail from the order form. Download it and
apply the RGB

I have an '94 Yachtwin (Evinrude) 8hp outboard that has a problem. It

but will only run at full throttle. It won't idle at all.
