Jeff,
Not exactly around the corner from LI. Are you attempting to replace the
companionway door or the pop-top slider, I'm confused?
The original wooden door (circa '81) was made from 1/2" teak veneer plywood.
Using the original (if you have it) as a template, the two pieces can easily
be cut to fit, the edges routed and the original piano hinge reapplied. The
more recent designs use starboard in lieu of the plywood.
The pop-top slider is a fiberglass piece that should probably only be
ordered from GB.
I think a call to Stan is your best bet.
