Is the brown sutff as heavy as sand? Or could it be decomposing floatation
foam?
If it's sand ballast it should have small stone and lead with it.
On question #2,rather than buy metering pumps or special measuring cups,I
just use disposable clear drink cups that I mark with a majic
marker.Figure out the size of batch you need-say 100cc of resin and 25cc
of hardener,Take one of the wife's measuring cups and fill two glasses
with water accordingly,mark the glasses and dump out the water ,dry the
glasses and use the real thing.
