[Rhodes22-list] Hiking Stick Lock

Rummy,

I have a newer type but it was well-used when I got it and has been
well-abused with my nonstop use of it. The outer tube is cracked and slips.
The rubber grip is torn and looks bad. The newest West Marine hiking stick
looks identical except the connection to the tiller is secured better. Mine
has a locking nut that comes loose and tries to escape to the sea through
the cockpit drain.

Honestly it's more of a "want" than a "need" to replace.
