Good grief! First of all, just exactly how "intellectual" is this
"property?" Bill, what have you posted that you want so desperately to
protect? Ex: You said that you, yourself have used my long-ago-published
checklist for raising the mast. Am I entitled to royalties? Is my check in
the mail?
A few years ago we were discussing harmony and I published some info on the
Rhodes list that you were interested in. I wouldn't want to see my exact
words published by some one else but if that happened, it wouldn't rock my
world. Those were not my theories alone but just my way of explaining it.
And all our subsequent back-channel conversations about that are off the
table.
Anything you post is searchable and quotable. You, of all people (Quote
Without Comment) get used to it. What am I missing here?
