Bill,

   Elton was there (at the Chicago show) last year, accompanied by the 
usual
blinding snowstorm and all-around horrible weather.  GB may have decided
that is is not worth the effort this year.  As Ed said, they are not on 
the exhibitor
list.  I expect to be there,
probably on Saturday - but I might take Friday off instead.
