[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes 22 for sale on ebay

   I have been talking with this guy off and on for a several weeks. 
Trying to get a hold of him for more info has been tough.
The listing says 1993 but the boat is definitely not a 1993.  Rudder is
newer style. but standard mast, no forward windows, old patterned cloth
cushions,
and wooden cabin top handrails would indicate a much older
boat...probably 1983.  The guy told me the deceased owner's mother will
only
take cash (no checks, because cashing a check would jeopardize the old
woman's welfare or something like that). I was waiting
for the woman to take the death certificate and get a power of attorney
to legally sell me the boat, but the friend-Allen- never called me back.
I guess
he decided to blow me off and list the boat on e-bay.
