We will certainly welcome you as a new skipper, when you find a boat, a might scarce, as you have noticed.  You will probably get a reply from Dave Bradley, who is in the Seattle area also.  Not a finer boat on the water.  The boats are reasonably available as recycles from GB, and although more expensive, are already outfittted and well renewed.  Like any investment, no ROI without the 'I'.
