[Rhodes22-list] Halyards

On your "new"  rhodes 22 you should be able to hook up an additional halyard 
when the mast is down.  There is additional hardware on the mast top to do 
this.  We've done this with Serenity our "not so new" rhodes 22 and use it 
for our shower as well as flying our club burgee when appropriate.
