[Rhodes22-list] New subject Numbers on mainsails

You'll need to check with General boats on the hull serial number.   
The HIN specification does not state that they must be consecutive  
starting with hull #1.  In fact, manufacturers can use all sorts of  
encodings within the serial number for their own purposes.  Stan may  
have to enlighten us on how GB assigns a serial number.
