[Rhodes22-list] Cowl Vent

Chris, I put the NIcro solar fan in two years ago and have been
pleased with the results.  It fit into the existing deck cutout,
though it was a tight fit.  I needed the ventilation while at the
slip.  I don't mind walking the anchor rode forward to the bow from
the laz.
