[Rhodes22-list] Deck Railing

Thanks for the recommendations.  I understand well that the issue need be
addressed before too much water gets in there.  Do you have any product
recommendations for the best caulking to use around the stainless rail and
the chain plates?  Certainly I can seal around them on the deck even if I
can't get at the bolts to totally rebed the railing itself.  I have used 3M
5200 on another project, but I'm thinking I want more of a sealant and less
of an adhesive in this case.
