[Rhodes22-list] Now electric motor lift

Rob,
Not sure why the motor lift is on crack. The picture shows the belt to
starboard because that's where I pushed it. I think the crack may be caused
from the pressure of the belt pushing down and aft. Alice's boat has a
similar crack.
