need answer to first question, first.
if strap set too short, trolley will stop going down when strap runs out
so, when motor stopped going down was strap then allowed to keep going so it
developed slack.
if no slack. here is the problem strap put on wrong..
if yes, then strap setting not the problem and by feeding lots of slack into
strap, can take next step to see what could physically be stopping trolley
from going further down tracks beyond its now stopping point
I can't tell from where I now sit.
but get the answer to the first inquiry first..
