[Rhodes22-list] What I did while y'all were at the boat show....

Lou,
I'm not too up on racing rules.Poe Bird was apparently on port tack & the other was on stbd tack. PB's owner said in the paper that the other boat was out of position...as the boats were jockeying before the race, there was no 'position' to be had.....he should have yielded & didn't /...at least to my understanding of the rules of the road.We have had no R22's enter...there is one at the mairina where I work which hosts the event & one other on the Northern Neck,. I wish we could have one or more. R22's certain;y qualify..boat 25 yrs old or older, or DESIGN 25 yrs old or older.

Did Poe Bird get knocked over by the light blue keelboat?  Picture is  
great but could be deceiving.
