It is a late 70's. I had purchased it in 2007 and had to completely gut it. 
I replaced all the stringers, and refiberglassed them in. All the wood 
flooring has been replaced. It has new bottom paint and porti potti. The jib 
and main sails are in useable condition, I had them repaired this spring by 
Kapa Sails out of Clinton, CT. And also I have a new Genoa. The 1996 3 hp 
Evinrude runs good but does need a tune up. The trailer has a new axel, 
wheel bearings, wheels, wiring and lights, winch. The boat still needs the 
cosmetics finished, such as the hull liner, new cusions etc. There are a few 
cracks in the gel coat. It is in sailing condition and I have used it on 
Long Island Sound and up on Lake Champlain. I will send a few pics I have. 
It is on Craigs list for $4800, but that is nego.
