[Rhodes22-list] Mast raising land or water

Hi Ken,
We've done it both ways.Works pretty well either way. On the water, 
you do run the risk of dropping parts overboard. Have spares. Make a 
check list out of the instructions. Additional lines are needed but I 
would tie the boat off so it doesn't move around at the dock.
