[Rhodes22-list] iPod Solution

I found a nice boom box style radio amplifier for the iPod that is water
resistant.  The iPod mounts in a compartment with a transparent cover that
seals with a rubber gasket closed tight with a pressure latch.  It takes 12V
power, smart enough to keep the iPod charged up and plays CDs, too.  The
fidelity is decent and stereo separation is not bad out in the cockpit.

FM reception is mediocre and there is no base adapter supplied for the Nano
iPod.

It is Insignia model NS-B4113 available at Best Buy for $75.
