Like you I could not find any reference to them.
I've emailed Stan to see if he still carries them.

Unfortunately, that particular base is not readily available from most  
riggers.  Earlier this year I was looking for the same thing and  
searched online for hours without success.

What I did learn is that it's not a 90-degree base.  It's actually  
called a 0-degree base.  A 90 degree base is upright, 90 degree angle  
to the base.  You want 0 degrees to the base.  You can easily find 30,  
45, and 60 degree bases.  But 0 degrees... that's a tough one.
