[Rhodes22-list] silencing internal mast cable slap

I know this is an old post, but I'm trying to get caught up.... The simple
solution that I used was to affix tie wraps around all the wires every foot
or so.
Invest in a fish tape (or borrow one) to pull your wires through the mast.
