[Rhodes22-list] Rubber feet for boarding ladder, Outhaul for IMF

Rod,

I prefer clam cleats in almost all cases, but for this application I'd
go with a cam cleat.  The outhaul line could accidentally come loose
with a clam cleat and you wouldn't want your main to go floppy at the
wrong time.
