[Rhodes22-list] Jib

John,

I tore my old main sail last year (a 6" tear just in front of the sun  
shade). I patched it w sail tape & stiched around the perimeter w an  
awl from W. Marine (about $35) & it is holding just fine. I hope to  
use it this way until I can afford a new sail rather than waste $ &  
time installing a used one.

Just a suggestion...
