Alex,
Congrats on your new R22! That worked out much better than I expected. You
clearly did the right thing in talking to Stan.

 

I like the name although if you use it over the radio a lot you'll find
yourself spelling it out to people. We have to do that with "Fretless" all
the time. "Fortunate" might be a bit easier but "Fortuitous" certainly
describes your situation exactly. I like the sound of it too.

In thinking about the letters your boat, Make sure they are large enough to
be seen some distance way. We printed out letters in different sizes and
fonts and taped them to the hull to figure out what we wanted. 

 

You can see Fretless's letters in the attached pic.
