We chose the Pett toilet from  http://www.gocleanwaste.com/
It stores very easily and sets up in seconds in the cabin.  With the pop top
up and the door to the cockpit closed there privacy and lots of room.  Clean
is fast and easy and odorless.  If I had time I would take out the head and
use the area for storage.  I do not now sail in an area where I could dump
and do not have access to a marine pumping station, but when I did I still
preferred the Pett.
