Le Menagerie has spent her entire life in the salt. Nowadays she is being used as a teaching vessel in the lower Laguna Madre (where the majority of her life has been led). We have been attached to her since 2004, and although much of our sailing occurs aboard our Pearson, she is still a beloved member of our family.,

Hi all:
I'm curios, how many people sail their R 22's on lakes, and how many in
the ocean (not Blue Water) bays and coastal areas?
Stan what was your original thoughts when you had the boat designed way
back when? 
Did you envision the R22 to be used mainly in lakes or oceans?
