[Rhodes22-list] Rudder Rebuild

Rhodies,
I just finished rebuilding my old '83 rudder.  It seemed a good idea to do
this before I go up to the San Juan sail.  This seems to be a project that
has to be done from time to time, especially on the older Rhodes.  It took
longer than I expected but there wasn't anything I did that couldn't be done
by anyone on the list.  I've attached a PDF document illustrating how I
fixed the rudder.
