[Rhodes22-list] Mast raising land or water

Last year, 1st time in 6 years, I was able to jolt my Rhodes off the  
trailer @ high tide by backing up hard & jamming the brakes. My launch  
crew had a time constraint backed by threat of divorce hence my  
motivation to try it.
