Hey Joe, Congrats on the new old boat.
We have the registration numbers on the bow on
the flared part of the hull. They are readable
there. The name is on the aft part of the hull
where it is flatter (below the Rhodes 22 emblem.)
We used 4 or 5" letters. Generally, you want a
name to be readable from a distance. If I was
doing it again I would have the letters spaced
out a little bit more for greater readability.
Which suburban Phila. police department? I spent
12 years in Upper Dublin Township (Montgomery
County) - library not police though we were in the same building.
