[Rhodes22-list] Bottom Paint

Charles,
Most of the major paint manufacturers have instructions on their
websites for what king of paint can be painted over what kind of
paint. Depending on the paint that is on there, you may be able to
get away with a light sanding and new paint. If the existing paint is
not adhering well you'll have to sand that off. I wouldn't strip it
unless you had issues that needed addressing.
