Yes, that is a depthfinder bracket, next to which I have added another
bracket for my 76csx GPS. The bulkhead is impressive and notice how low the
tide is at the photo moment. The dock is a floater which makes a big
difference. It is Highlands,NJ. 

Also, Geoff,  the motor weighs at least 100 lbs, though I've never weighed
it.
