Greg:  As I recall the centerboard cap keeps the hose sections in place.

I guess I am a visual person because I am having a hard time picturing how
the garden hose stays in place. I need to replace my CB line this winter and
will add the garden hose because mine doesn't have anything there. Does
anyone have a picture of theirs, or can someone take the picture from the
first post and draw it in for me?
